                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 18-48, RELATIVE TO GARBAGE 
                   AND REFUSE PICK-UP.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Section 18-48, as amended, be and the same 
       is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the second sentence and 
       substituting in lieu thereof the following:
            Residential service shall be provided two (2) times per 
            week; however, one (1) of these times may be limited to 
            the collection of recyclable material.
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
